A product doesn't fit you or you don't like it and you now want to send it back?

No problem, you have 14 days after delivery of the order time to send it back. Your right of withdrawal applies here.

Please make sure that the items you want to return are returned to us in perfect condition and without any signs of use. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we cannot take the items back.

 

Return shipping costs

 

Return shipping costs are determined by our shipping partners and vary by location. The return costs will be deducted from the order value when your return is processed and the remaining amount will be refunded.

The processing time for returns is usually 3-6 days.

Please note that our processing time may take longer during peak times.

• Purchases made with a partial card or gift card will be refunded first applied to the gift card.
• Please note that it may take up to 6 business days for your refund to appear in your account after processing.
